Graduates participate in the Finmeccanica Learning Induction Programme (FLIP) that enables graduates in every Finmeccanica Group company to work on projects together, as part of an International team. The teams will meet face to face in countries across Europe within the 2 year GDF, offering an excellent opportunity to make contacts across the globe and understand the Finmeccanica culture.
RF and Microwave Hardware graduates will work for an experienced design engineer and be introduced to RF and microwave circuit design and analysis using CAE tools (with relevant training). Hands-on test and evaluation of hardware is a key part of the learning process and getting hardware assembled will require liaison with manufacturing and procurement functions.
You will also be expected to:
- Analyse and present result of work to peer group reviews at regular intervals
- Opportunity to interface with our customers (internal and external)
Hardware Microwave graduates are part of an important function and team that provides the support and right environment for you to learn and to develop your career.
A good computer literacy is essential, preferably with design tool experience as a desire to work with tangible hardware as a deliverable product.

Graduates receive an attractive, competitive salary, a £2000 welcome payment and generous temporary accommodation assistance of up to £400 a month for the first 6 months where applicable.
Graduates are assigned challenging roles within the business and are rewarded with 3 performance-related salary reviews over the 2 years.
