Graduate Training
All career paths involve a full orientation process, followed by a dedicated training programme of approximately 36 months aimed at developing technical, managerial and business skills. Promotion is based upon performance and Schlumberger encourages its trainees to embrace challenges and responsibility right from the start.
Degree Requirements
Field Engineering Bachelors or Masters degree (Minimum of a Bachelors 2:1)
Research, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sustaining Masters or PhD (Min Masters 2:1)
Petrotechnical Masters or PhD (Min Masters 2:1)
Maintenance Engineer Bachelors or Masters degree (Minimum of a Bachelors 2:1)
