GE is known for many things: world-changing innovation, global scope, unyielding integrity, financial stability and reliable growth, among others. But most of all, we're known for hiring exceptional people and giving them unparalleled opportunities to build their careers and capabilities. There is simply no other company in the world with such a diverse a set of businesses in which to work, and such a development-focused culture in which to grow.
Technological excellence, supported by continuing substantial investments in research and development, has been the foundation of growth and helps to ensure quality products for customers.
Our graduate programmes combine responsible and important job assignments along with formal classroom studies. The rotational assignments cut across different aspects of the GE business, providing you with broad and valuable experience. Our graduates have the technical and business foundation to proactively and continually make innovative contributions to GE's future. If you love technology this is the programme for you.
Our roles are engineering based, principally across the following disciplines: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computing for Real-Time Systems, Avionics, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. Other relevant engineering subjects will be considered and we are particularly keen to meet with undergraduates in their last year of study - who want to take advantage of the sheer size and global reach of GE Aviation to launch their career.
