Are you looking for a career that knows no limits? If so, Worley Parsons is currently looking for people just like you…
Who we are
WorleyParsons is a leading, dynamic international engineering and project management company, serving the oil and gas, minerals and metals, infrastructure and power industries.
With multi-million dollar projects across the world, over 27,700 people work out of major hub offices in London, Australia, the USA, the Middle East and South East Asia. With 105 offices in 34 countries we have a comprehensive geographical presence and capability in all aspects of project development, from conceptual design through development and detailed design to full construction management.
What we offer
Graduates undertake a two to three year training and development programme that aims to prepare them for professional qualifications and gives a broad grounding in all other aspects of our business. Every graduate has a personal mentor with whom they work closely to devise a programme that meets our business needs and their aspirations.
We have established a Graduate Development Organisation which is run and managed by our graduates. It has established a culture whereby graduates direct and take responsibility for their own development through the Graduate Development Programme. With its own structure and annual budget it is a voice for the graduate community, providing regular input to Company strategy.
High levels of responsibility come at an early age, and self reliance, initiative, a flexible attitude and the ability to work well within a team are essential qualities. Career progression is based on ability, and it can be swift and challenging. Most of our projects are constructed overseas and a willingness to travel, and possibly live abroad is a prerequisite.
