Step 3 - Telephone interview - This is your opportunity to build on what you told us in your application and demonstrate why you’d be a good fit for the role you’ve applied to.
Step 4 - Assessment Centre - This is where we get to see you in action. It’s your opportunity to find out more about our organisation and learn about our culture and values. You’ll demonstrate your skills in a variety of exercises including an interview and group exercise. Successfully complete the assessment centre stage and you’ll be offered a position at Thales.
