Each year, Thales UK takes on up to 100 graduates - and we give each and every one of them a real, meaningful role with real responsibility.

We believe in getting your career moving as soon as we can and giving you a broad overview of our business. Along with the day-to-day responsibilities that come with a full-time role in one of many divisions, you will join our four-year accredited training programme.

Our comprehensive four-year, accredited training and development programme offers everything from an introduction to us as an organisation - our culture and processes - right through to formal training in the form of seminars, specialist courses and visits.

We look for people who demonstrate the following competencies and behaviours: team working and relationship building; communication and self confidence; taking responsibility; flexibility and innovation; analysis and problem solving; planning and organising; business understanding and relevant technical knowledge.
