After a two day Induction Programme, our Graduates enter a Skills Week to equip them with the technical and soft skills required to get started in a career with Arup. Following that, most training and development will take place on live projects, as you work with real clients from the day you join. This level of responsibility means we seek Graduates that have great communication skills and are curious, passionate, motivated and technically excellent in their chosen discipline.
