This area of 3M is responsible for developing and commercialising coated and liquid abrasive products for the AAD (Automotive Aftermarket) and ASD (Industrial Abrasives) businesses and markets. By creating innovative and cost-effective abrasive systems, this role will help deliver market leading, profitable products for 3M and its customers in the AAD and ASD market place.
The successful candidate will join our Industrial division straight away and initially undergo a period of intense training in their role. They will deal with real responsibility from day one as this is the best way to quickly build a robust knowledge base. We operate in a highly collaborative environment so placement students can rely on plenty of support from colleagues to help them get started and this will continue throughout their time at 3M.
