What we look for

  • A good STEM degree at 2.1 or above (see our Degree Matrix chart below)
  • A higher degree would be an advantage
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Willing and eligible to travel and work abroad for short periods of time
  • Driving Licence
  • Reasonable degree of physical fitness for site based work
  • Security clearance for certain roles
