Here, you’re never alone. You will be fully supported by an expansive pool of technical experts who will guide you throughout your journey. Their encouragement will help you to navigate the challenges of real-world projects.  You will also have a dedicated Early Career Professionals team to support you with all aspects of your career progression.

You will engage in a combination of business, technical and personal skills training opportunities, available for you to take part in during the two years, supporting you to excel early in your career. You will participate in cohort wide events including our graduate induction, and topics such as career development, presenting with confidence, Project Management and much more.

Our application process for Graduates, Placements and, apprenticeships is a three-step process; an online structured application form, behavioural based assessment via Arctic Shores (support for candidates - Arctic Shores) and group interview or face-to-face interview with the hiring team
