Our challenging two-year IS Graduate Programme allows graduates to try out a variety of roles within a core specialism covering Service Management, Solution Development and Implementation. Areas of specialism include Software Development, Infrastructure, Networking and Telephony, to name a few. You will be given real responsibility from day one in roles that will stretch and challenge you, and provided with the support you need for success. What’s more, we will create a development plan for the duration of the graduate programme tailored to your needs, with high visibility to our senior management through a mentoring scheme and knowledge sharing sessions.
As you come off the programme, we’ll find you a role that meets your career aspirations and our business needs. We’ll support you with a further two-year development plan. Areas you could move into post-programme include Business Change, Strategy & Architecture and Service Management. You could also become a deeper technical specialist.
We are looking for determined graduates with a passion for systems and technology and a wide range of skills, not restricted to purely technical capabilities. IT knowledge and experience is desirable but not essential provided that you can demonstrate your enthusiasm and aptitude for IT. We will also look for you to be a sound analytical thinker, a great team player and an excellent communicator.
