Before Gradcracker, there was a divide between employers and graduate engineers. Gradcracker bridges that divide.

Gradcracker has been conceived and developed by a team of experienced graduate engineer recruiters who themselves became exasperated by the lack of a dedicated medium. In true engineering spirit, they decided that, if the tool for the job didn’t exist, they would make one!
