Where the STEM jobs are
Gradcracker works here's the proof
Companies in this sector provide financial services such as car insurance, home insurance and loans, and various other products.
Graduates tend to join Admiral in one of two ways - either on our analyst graduate programme, or directly into a graduate analyst role. The graduate programme involves three 8-month rotations across various data functions and is supported by our graduate programme manager. This suits a graduate who would like a bit more support and wants to explore their options. The alternative is to join a department directly in a graduate level role, where you will receive on-the-job training and support and can start progressing in your career from day one.
Admiral is a very open company and there are always opportunities to try something new, so you would never be “stuck” in a job.
We have an array of benefits including £3,600 in shares every year (after a year of service), free gym membership, free fruit every day, free tickets to sponsored events, time off for charity work and flexible working hours.
