Nuclear Graduates is a graduate scheme designed to develop a new generation of talent across the nuclear sector.
  • The UK nuclear industry’s need for future leaders is greater than ever with existing power stations at the end of their working lives ready to be decommissioned, and a new wave of plants being given the go-ahead. 
  • The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority has brought together leading businesses and organisations to create Nuclear Graduates – the most comprehensive scheme  the industry has ever seen – in order to fill the potential skills shortage.
  • Nuclear Graduates’ sponsors include Rolls-Royce, Office for Nuclear Regulation, and UK Atomic Energy Authority.

     

A bespoke, two-year  development programme 

Remarkably different to other graduate programmes, Nuclear Graduates offers you  a unique opportunity to design your own development programme. A bespoke plan, devised with the help of your own personal technical mentor, will allow you to develop  your technical and behavioural capabilities throughout the programme.

You’ll gain a wide variety of experience through secondments with leading organisations  across the nuclear sector. Working alongside industry experts at the forefront of the design, development, installation and maintenance of cutting-edge equipment, you’ll play an important part in shaping the future.
