Not sure of your options after graduation? Come along to this informal event to get more information on a career in teaching physics, funding opportunities and the application process!

Hosted by the Institute of Physics, we have invited experienced teachers and education professionals to share their experience and answer any questions.

This is a great opportunity to:

  • Get information on the Institute of Physics Teacher Training Scholarship programme that offers talented individuals £28,000 tax free!
  • Get inside knowledge on how to make your application to a teacher training course shine from the Department for Education!
  • Learn from an experienced teacher who is currently teaching physics and get your questions answered!

    Food and snacks will be provided along with an IOP goody bag for all attendees.

This event is due to take place in the Bransden Room at the University of Durham, between 1:15pm and 3:15pm.
