Providing continuous training and career development opportunities, you will undertake development through local and UK wide modules.
Our business relies on having the very best employees to maintain its competitive edge and has some of the industry’s most sophisticated technology at its fingertips. As a one of our graduates you will not only be working for a company at the cutting-edge of technology, you will also be enhancing your skills and business acumen, opening up your horizons to the diverse and dynamic ways in which your degree can be used.
Our award-winning Graduate Development Programme (GDP) currently comprises around 100 graduates. As you would expect from a leader in the field, Graduates receive an attractive, competitive start salary of £26,000 and a £2,000 welcome payment.
In addition to the package that other Companies offer, the company provides generous temporary accommodation assistance, where applicable. This can be up to £400 a month for the first six months to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace.
An exciting Induction gets the GDP off to a flying start, with an Orientation Event for all new graduates. Graduates return to challenging roles within the business and are rewarded with three performance-related salary reviews throughout the 2 years.
Following the Induction process, we remain committed to offering continuous training and career development opportunities. As well as supporting you through professional training leading to accreditation and membership of professional institutions, you will take part in a comprehensive training programme, consisting of three elements: Local Based Modules, UK Modules and the Graduate International Conference. The 3 modules of the programme are all held off-site.
