Together with System C, our partner in the System C & Graphnet Care Alliance, we are providing the National Immunisation Management System (NIMS) to manage the flu and COVID vaccination programmes across England for over 60 million people. 	Shared Care Records Our market-leading CareCentric record-sharing solutions are designed exclusively for the UK market to integrate health and social care services across entire care communities. Fully interoperable and cloud-based, CareCentric securely connects to all the major health and social care IT systems being used in the UK, including the leading GP systems.
	Population Health Over 13m citizens benefit from targeted, planned care using our population health management tools. Together with our partners, we are leading the way in data rich population health intelligence systems that provide actionable insights for the resilience, reset and recovery of health and care economies.
	National Immunisation Management System (NIMS) NIMS is the IT software provided by the System C & Graphnet Care Alliance that supports the management of the influenza and Covid-19 vaccination programmes across England.
	Patient engagement and self-care Our Patient Engagement solutions are designed to engage individuals in self-care and become pro-active partners in their health and wellbeing. We offer a range of solutions that start with access for individuals to their health and care data, through to personalised care and support planning and dedicated care modules for specific conditions and needs.
