Graphnet are seeking individuals interested in building a career in IT. This role will work alongside our operations and technology teams to understand how our products work, and how to support our customers.
The role is part of our early careers training programme. You will rotate across teams such as product support, DBA (database administration), TechOps, test to develop a range of skills, experience and to establish a future career path with Graphnet.
The work of the Operations team is extremely varied due to the variety of environments and products that we support. We ensure that any issues our customers are facing are resolved as soon as possible and help to ensure that our systems are running smoothly. We interact with numerous other teams and have strong inter-departmental relationships which will provides a great insight into many areas across the business.
Across the rotations you’ll take on a variety of tasks including customer support, environment maintenance, and diagnosing issues.
Some examples of what you’ll do is:
Core support teams (1st line/ 2nd line), DBA, techops, dev-test, customer transformation, population health support team
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work in a thorough manner and have excellent interpersonal skills. There is excellent opportunity to develop systems skills and understanding, working directly with internal stakeholders and external customers.
