Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Graduate Buyer to join their South Coast team. Kite Packaging was founded in 2001 with a unique vision and a philosophy of employee-ownership. Perhaps at the start of their career, we are looking for a driven individual with a strong commercial instinct. Ideally the candidate will understand distribution, purchasing and supply chains.

The role of Graduate Buyer:

The role will specifically cover the following areas:

• Managing stock levels in conjunction with Internal Account Managers
• Placing orders, and day to day dealing with suppliers
• Processing enquires to exacting customer requirements in conjunction with account managers
• Supporting the internal team with effective account management

Key Skills and Essential Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following key skills:

• A recent graduate with a 2:1 minimum degree within a numeric based degree ie; Maths, Economics, Business, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
• Be highly motivated and proactive
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a likeability, with the ability to easily create a rapport with others
• Work within 30 minutes commute for our Waterlooville site
