Geotechnical

Rail
We have expertise and extensive successful experience in the Rail Sector. Our work covers all Network Rail territories, London Underground and London Overground. Our designs include new platforms, station refurbishments, underbridges, overbridges, drainage and stations, many of which are part of infrastructure refurbishment programmes.
We work closely with other consultants to ensure we produce comprehensive integrated designs. Our services in the Rail sector include permanent way design, topographical and gauging surveys, telecoms and mechanical and electrical design.
Residential
We have a history of delivering successful residential projects within London and the South-East and are currently working with a number a private developers and home builders.
Our projects range from small domestic works, to larger developments using a range of structural materials and techniques. Our technical staff have extensive experience in refurbishments of existing buildings, considering all phases of construction from demolition and temporary works through to project completion.
Temporary Works
Temporary works can be one of the most critical parts of any construction project. It is important to engage an experienced temporary work designer (TWD) at the outset of the project to identify; where temporary works are required, the impact of temporary works on the build, and whether temporary works can be integrated into the permanent scheme.
VEDA Associates has extensive design experience in the production of low to high-risk temporary work solutions. Most of our temporary work designs are bespoke and innovative, but we do have a number of standard designs for hoarding, scaffolds, and shallow excavations.
