A panel will sift your application.
The top scoring candidates at sift will be invited to an assessment centre at MOD Corsham where you’ll be assessed on group activities and individual exercise. You will have an interview on the same day where you will be asked to give a presentation, we will notify you of the presentation subject a week before your interview, before moving onto hypothetical questions on the Civil Service Behaviours listed in the job advert along with strengths-based questioning.
Successful candidates will be offered a place on the scheme. We also operate a Reserve List where we may offer suitable applicants future vacancies within the profession that require similar skills
