Kier Building UK covers commercial, education, defence, custodial, leisure and retail including government programmes, large healthcare and multi-sector frameworks, with values ranging from £100k refurbishments to £200m Major Projects. Striving for growth, future areas for Building UK include the aviation, industrial and science and technology sectors.
Supporting the senior commercial team, you’ll be hands-on by visiting site and working with the leadership team. You’ll work across the whole of the commercial and pre-construction department, providing assistance in risk and value management, cost control, cost analysis, estimates and commercial management.
We look for those who embody our company ethos, whilst academically you’ll have completed your degree (or about to), on course to achieve a 2.2 or above on a Quantity Surveying related programme and accredited by a professional body. Additionally, we offer MSc conversion programmes for those with a degree in mathematics, science and business subjects.
