As a SHEA graduate, you’ll be responsible with helping to ensure that Kier maintains the highest possible standards of safety, occupational health and environmental responsibility and that these are effectively implemented across the entire business – making sure everything is compliant and consistent in accordance to Kier’s existing SHE policies and procedures.
During your 2-year graduate development programme we'll dedicate time and resources needed to give you the best experience possible. We'll support you with formal learning, as well as the professional development in order for you to excel.
We’re on the lookout for talented individuals who embody our company values of being collaborative, trusted and focused. Whilst academically you’ll have completed your degree (or graduating in 2021) and are on course to achieve a 2.1 or above in an Environmental, Health, Safety or Sustainability related degree discipline.
