You’ll be responsible for assisting with the design process for new and current schemes in the area, using the expertise you learnt at university into practice in a fast-paced business environment. You may also support feasibility studies, preliminary/detailed designs and preparing tender documents. You will be involved in Involved in scheme investigations, site inspections and investigations as well as data collection and analysis.
To really make the most of this opportunity, you will have a passion for working within our Highways business and you will have completed your degree by September 2021, with an actual or predicted grade of a 2:2 or above in a Civil engineering or Design Engineering subject programme that must be accredited by a professional body. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence, as the role will require travel.
