We are now recruiting for a Graduate Bid Manager to join our Kier Construction team in Southampton and across London/south West.
Kier Construction is one of the largest regional builders in the UK, working with public and private sector clients on projects of all sizes and complexities. Our construction teams are split into four regions; London, South & Strategic Projects, Western & Wales, Eastern & Midlands and North & Scotland it also comprises of Kier Places, our housing maintenance and facilities management business.
You’ll be responsible for supporting our bid teams with the relevant knowledge, skills, and information to create and submit winning bids. Alongside the team you can expect to attend bid meetings, host feedback sessions with clients, coordinate queries and action any amendments necessary. Providing management to appointed bids you’ll support in the delivery of optimum quality/price solutions, informing the teams of any updates, understanding objectives required and sticking to agreed timelines.
