About the role

You will be analysing the continuity and distribution of products through the different departments of the business. 

You will also be tasked with identifying areas of improvement within the departments and proposing a set of recommendations to management. You will then drive the implementation of these findings and assess their impact to the business.

You will also be asked to support our Lean Improvement Initiative and other manufacturing-based projects which will improve efficiency and have a lasting impact on our production processes and output.

About you

We are looking for a student who will join us on a year-long placement. You must show attention to detail, be able to work independently and be results oriented.

You will have a strong technical and analytical mindset, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and data management software, such as Excel, Power BI or BI application. Some experience using a SAP ERP System would be an advantage.

Above all, you must have a thirst for knowledge and personal development.
