Our graduate programme is a two year, structured course providing learners with a six month business placement, rotations, supported career pathway, links to professional bodies, structured development and mentoring and an excellent benefits package.
It will provide recruits with a comprehensive understanding of a fast growing civils, building, engineering, maintenance and design contractor. You'll gain experience of working across rail, environment, highways, energy and infrastructure and both public and private sectors.
The aim is for graduates to progress to a range of roles within AmcoGiffen on successful completion of the programme.
