The Placement Programme

You will be working directly on car components for 2023 season updates and for the new 2024 car.

You will assist senior engineers with larger projects but also work individually on your own components.

The placement will be extremely demanding but will reward exceptional effort and commitment.

During the year students will work closely with other departments including the race team, and get the opportunity to better understand how we operate the car as well as our manufacturing techniques, test methods and data analysis.

Students normally have the opportunity to work in our factory operations room during race weekends should they wish.

Many of our past students have returned full time following their studies. We view our placement programme as an ideal way to discover our senior engineers of the future.
