This 12-month Industry Placement gives you the opportunity to be part of an established project management team with the sole aim to ‘Do what we promise’. We work with customers to create software centric-capabilities that allow them to execute their missions with success and are leaders in marine navigation systems, integrated platform management systems, and maritime command and control applications.

Essential Criteria, Skills and Experience:

• You should be on track to achieve a degree in a project management or engineering subject.
• Familiarity with basic project management tools, e.g., Microsoft Project and an understand-ing of project management methodology.
• Experience as part of a project delivery team – such as a project team at university.
• UK Residency: Before you start with Northrop Grumman, you’ll need to complete BPSS clearance. We’ll then require you to achieve and maintain one of the highest levels of UK Government clearance which is a rigorous process. This means you will need to be a British citizen and have lived in the UK for the last ten years and not travelled abroad for continuous periods of more than six months. You will need to hold the right to work and live in the UK indefinitely – we are not able to support visa applications.
