Wells Fargo is currently seeking talent to join our EMEA Early Careers Programme. 

What the Programme Offers

The EMEA Early Careers Programme is a professional development programme designed to provide graduates with a 24-month experience across up to four teams within our Technology function.

As a graduate analyst, the programme will empower you to build leadership skills and overall business acumen whilst gaining a rounded and comprehensive experience of Wells Fargo.

Our opportunities across – Technology

In the UK and EMEA region, you will be joining Wells Fargo at an exciting time in supporting our International Business Strategy and Technology Roadmap. You will have an opportunity to work with a range of Technology teams that cover Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Payments, Finance, Compliance and Risk, Infrastructure Technology, Cyber Security, and Technology Controls.  

You will also get to learn about the latest technological advancements on areas such as cloud, data, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and robotic automation, and applied innovation working with the Business, Risk, and Technology colleagues to create business value.

Analysts may participate in the following key activities:

  • Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organisation
  • Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events
  • Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers

Programme duration: This is a 24-month programme with a programme start date of September 2023.

Programme locations: Primary locations include London and Dublin.


  • In final year of study or graduated from university/institution within a engineering, math, or computer science-related discipline
  • Have the relevant right to work in the UK or EEA


  • Ability to take on a high-level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry
