Our 2023 Graduate Development Programme will offer opportunities to graduates in engineering, science, or technical disciplines.
Support, and where appropriate lead, technical and/or engineering development projects at a laboratory, pilot, and full-scale plant level in line with the operational business plans.
Support and lead initiatives that deliver optimisations to operational processes
Support research and development projects that provide insight to the development of processes across Operations distilling, packaging, and engineering operations.
Provide clear and concise technical project reports that detail conclusions and recommendations based on tangible technical data to Operations leader and/or Engineering Leader.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the integrated management system to maintain ISO9001 certification.
Contribute appropriately to team meetings and support the implementation of team strategy, plans and continuous improvement projects.
Take part in Graduate training initiatives and demonstrate progress against development plans across the graduate programme.
Drive own personal development to build technical competence, leadership capability and personal development.
Develop and build skills, knowledge, and experience in engineering and/or brewing and distilling that covers the WGS spirit drinks portfolio.
