As a young, growing consultancy, there are no constraints on career progression, meaning our best performers progress quickly.

For Business Analysts and Consultants, we operate a six-month appraisal cycle, which facilitates frequent feedback during this critical part of your career and enables strong performers to excel.

From the Manager level onwards, appraisals are annual, which still allows for consistent progress through the company. At this stage, the focus of the appraisals changes to reflect the skills required as you get more senior – e.g. project management, client management and business development.

Career progression

Strong performers can expect to progress to Partner in 8-10 years.

Training

  • On-the-job learning will always be key - you will work closely with our Partners, who are incentivised to ensure your skills develop as you work
  • We have an extensive training programme that ensures you develop key skills at all stages of your career
  • Our training programme incorporates a mixture of in-house training (prepared and delivered by colleagues who are experts in the field), external training and self-learning materials
  • You will get the opportunity to attend industry events and conferences to expand your telecoms knowledge
