What To Expect

Entry requirements

Our two-year graduate programme is designed for individuals who have completed or are just about to complete their degree, achieving ideally a 2:2 or higher in Engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, systems, aerospace, software, aeronautical), Maths, Physics, Computer Science or similar.

We look for graduates with ambition and drive, who are capable of delivering and working as part of a large team whilst equally becoming specialists in their own field and able to work independently.

What you can expect

Prior to joining you will be allocated a 'buddy' who will provide you with informal advice and guidance. You’ll attend a comprehensive 3-day induction event that explains the full scope of what we do, and allows you the opportunity to interact with your fellow new-starters.

Throughout the duration of your programme a trained mentor will offer support and provide information about MBDA, helping you build your skills and plan your career development for the future.

Together with significant on-the-job training you will also undertake a range of personal development activities promoting teamwork, communication, presentation and leadership skills.

We offer competitive salaries with regular reviews, a pension scheme, flexible benefits, and flexible ways of working.
