The programme

Over four years, you'll complete a series of placements with our commercial teams in Civil Aerospace in Derby. You can expect to put in place and manage new business contracts as well as analysing business cases. Across it all, you’ll gain a detailed insight into how a large, complex company makes a profit and works with its customers, suppliers, and partners. You’ll also work with the teams who strive for continuous improvement in the way things are done.

    • A Level 3 Extended BTEC Diploma at DDM in numerical or business-related subjects.

If you have equivalent qualifications, please contact us.

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.
