Who are we?

Rolls-Royce is a global company dedicated to delivering excellence in the air, on land and at sea.

Our people are passionate about creating better products and services in the civil and defence aerospace, marine, and nuclear markets. Together we’ve set land-speed records, developed the world’s most efficient aero-engine, designed industry-leading eco-friendly ships and powered nuclear submarines. If you’re inspired to deliver excellence and create better, you’ll fit right in.

Join us as intern or graduate, and you’ll work alongside engineering experts and experienced professionals in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, world-class laboratories and fast-paced business teams.

Every year, we hire hundreds of bright, ambitious and innovative graduates and interns into our general Engineering programme – or you could choose to specialise in Electronics, Materials, Manufacturing, Nuclear, Nuclear Controls, Software or Systems Engineering. As well as that, we offer opportunities in Commercial, Customer & Services Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Health & Safety, Human Resources and Project Management. It’s a huge breadth of business areas, and each brings its own challenges and rewards.

Whichever pioneering team you join, we’ll expect you to pursue perfection. You’ll want to know how things work and, more importantly, how you can help us design better, develop further and deliver faster. At Rolls-Royce, you’ll be encouraged to put these qualities to the test on live projects; sharing ideas and making a positive impact – on your team, on our customers and on our global business.

Equal Opps statement:
We recruit, select and develop our people on merit, irrespective of their race, colour, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or any other characteristic.
