Online application

Online aptitude assessment
- After completing your application, you will be asked to do our online assessments.
First interview
- If you are successful in both our online application and assessment, you will be invited to a MS teams video interview.
Assessment centre
- Providing you are successful in your First stage interview, you will be invited to partake in one of assessment centres. These are run virtually with up to 20 candidates per day and last half a day. This will include a group exercise, in-tray exercise and a self reflection to wrap up the day.
In Person Interview
- For the final stage Interview this will be in person. You will be given the opportunity ahead of the final interview, to request a mentor call from a current trainee in the firm to support with your preparation. The final interview is an opportunity for you to come down and meet the team and view our lovely offices, your interview will take place in office with a key stakeholder within the business.
Throughout the process we have a robust reasonable adjustments process to provide additional support where needed and pride ourselves on prioritising an excellent candidate experience. At each stage we support the candidates with any concerns and questions they may have but we are supportive and the feedback we offer is to support them with future interviews or assessment centres, no matter the outcome.
