NETbuilder, in partnership with BAE Systems, are looking for ambitious and inquisitive people to play a key role in a growing team of developers to work onsite in the BAE Systems Guildford office. Prior to deployment to BAE, you will join a twelve-week training programme starting on the in June 2025, subject to security clearance.
During the first twelve weeks you’ll participate in a fast-track training programme which will focus on consultative skills as well as technical skills including signal processing, computing architecture, C++ programming & DevOps, and how to apply them in real-life software development projects. The first 6 weeks will be remote, then moving to an onsite project environment in Guildford.
We are looking for people with a STEM degree with a strong maths background, and/or via prior previous experience. You will thrive in this role if you are someone who:
Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or other STEM subjects providing you have a strong maths background.
Training will be delivered part remotely and part on site. Placement upon completion of training will be in the office of BAE Systems located in Guildford.
Due to the nature of the work, successful candidates for this role will be required to go through security clearance. This will take place during training.
