MSc Environmental Science The University of Aberdeen
Stantec interested me because it was a mid-sized company which would allow me to get involved in a wider variety of projects within the environmental sector. As a graduate I was a bit unsure about what exactly I wanted to specialise in and this gave me the opportunity to see first-hand before deciding. Stantec is also very people-focussed which was clear even during my first interactions with the HR team. You can tailor your programme to your needs such as through optional rotations. The training days also give you a great opportunity to meet other graduates at the same stage as you and built up a bit of a support network.
