Our two-year Graduate Development Programme starts you on a journey to develop your career in a challenging, dynamic and supportive work environment. We’re looking for a Commercial graduate to join our Secure Infrastructure (SI) business. We are the leading specialists in Facilities and Estate Management, looking after thousands of assets on behalf of our clients, in secure environments, such as Education, Law Courts and Higher Education Colleges. We transform the way our clients live, work and travel, helping them optimise their assets through data analytics and intelligent management, to maximise performance, minimise cost and manage risk.
Our Commercial Graduate programme offers a fantastic opportunity for you to take those initial steps in your career and provide you with exposure to a variety of projects and client accounts. Our structured rotation scheme does however mean that flexibility is essential for this role, as whilst you will spend your first year in Glasgow, you’ll need to be based from one of our other locations in England, in year two.
Needing to relocate can offer exciting new development and career opportunities for many, but we also appreciate that this may not suit everyone’s personal situation, so please do consider carefully before applying.
If you are still excited about what you have heard and possess the determination, adaptability, and ambition to become a leader in your field, then our graduate development programme could be for you. In return, we’ll provide you with all the support you need to achieve your career goals, because we want you to be excel, develop and grow your career with us.
