About the Role
We are looking for a Junior CFD Engineer to join the team to help push forward our growing business. The engineer will help deliver Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and aerodynamics consultancy to a range of customers. You will work closely with our vastly experienced CFD aerodynamic development team.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Help deliver CFD projects for customers throughout motorsport and automotive sectors.
Carry out pre-processing work to prepare models for CFD.
Setup and manage CFD simulations.
Carry out aerodynamic analysis and reporting.
You will help communicate with the customer on a daily basis.
About You:
This role is ideal for someone wanting to take a step forward in their career whilst working on a diverse range of projects in a rapidly growing company.
An engineering graduate with a passion for a variety of disciplines including motorsport, automotive and elite sport.
Relevant degree with a 2:1 or higher from a top university.
Some theory or practical experience in CFD is desirable but not essential.
CAD surfacing experience is desirable but not essential, ideally using Alias.
You will want to work on a variety of applications in a small but growing team. A hands-on approach and desire to ‘get stuck in’ is essential.
