About the Role

We are looking for a Junior CFD Engineer to join the team to help push forward our growing business. The engineer will help deliver Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and aerodynamics consultancy to a range of customers. You will work closely with our vastly experienced CFD aerodynamic development team.

You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help deliver CFD projects for customers throughout motorsport and automotive sectors.
• Carry out pre-processing work to prepare models for CFD.
• Setup and manage CFD simulations.
• Carry out aerodynamic analysis and reporting.
• You will help communicate with the customer on a daily basis.

About You:

This role is ideal for someone wanting to take a step forward in their career whilst working on a diverse range of projects in a rapidly growing company.

• An engineering graduate with a passion for a variety of disciplines including motorsport, automotive and elite sport.
• Relevant degree with a 2:1 or higher from a top university.
• Some theory or practical experience in CFD is desirable but not essential.
• CAD surfacing experience is desirable but not essential, ideally using Alias.
• You will want to work on a variety of applications in a small but growing team. A hands-on approach and desire to ‘get stuck in’ is essential.
