In the Analysis, Modelling & Simulation discipline we are looking for graduates with a passion for technology and its applications in simulation and training. You’ll join and expanding team using modelling, simulation and synthetic environments across a number of domains to deliver real benefit to our customers in the UK and globally.
Duties & Responsibilities
You’ll be contributing to some of the most challenging science and technology programmes in the UK and could be responsible for:
Assessing and exploiting novel and emerging technologies, including commercial hardware and software and consumer devices. E.g. virtual and mixed reality.
Integrating simulation components that may include Computer Generated Forces, Image Generators and Synthetic Natural Environments.
Developing training solutions for both live and virtual environments and researching optimum blends of those.
Supporting trials for research and concept demonstration for a wide variety of customers.

Work in a variety of teams applying innovative thinking and novel approaches, using modelling and simulation for research, training, analysis or decision support.
Be challenged to be creative and innovative, developing a broad understanding of your chosen subject areas
Be part of a two year graduate programme allowing you to develop your technical expertise whilst getting the opportunity to experience a wider range of experience as well.
Get access to training to develop your technical and leadership skills
Get the opportunity to support community projects, for example acting as a STEM ambassador to local schools.
To apply for the role you MUST meet the following criteria:
Have attained, or are about to attain a minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) subject.
Be willing to learn, and have demonstrated an aptitude for learning at pace
Have a keen interest in technology and engineering, including areas such as:
Synthetic environments and associated technologies
Mathematical modelling and simulation
Computer architectures and secure communications.
Hold full British Citizenship.
