We really enjoyed our webinar with QinetiQ's recruiter, Mike, and some of the company's recent graduates. It was fascinating to hear about the high-tech projects the grads have been involved in, as well as the level of autonomy their given early on in their careers. 

Despite much of the work being technically challenging, and some of it being hush-hush, the culture at QinetiQ seemed both open and light-hearted, and it was clear that the graduates were already highly skilled in their fields.
