What Does The Apprenticeship Involve?

You’ll be the eyes and ears of a project, ensuring that it stays on track. You will maintain, update and report on key project data, identify any potential issues as the project progresses and help make effective decisions to move the project along. You’ll be using the latest project management tools to assist the Project Manager in keeping projects on track.

Over the duration of the scheme you will gain exposure to all areas of your business unit, working on varied projects across different platforms and at different stages of the project lifecycle.

A Project Management Professional is not just office based, you will have the opportunity to get out and about visiting key stakeholders across various locations as well as seeing the work you are supporting in situ.

BAE Systems are committed to your development and alongside the apprenticeship and degree, there will be plenty of other opportunities to enrich your learning experience with work and challenges outside of your day to day role.
