We are seeing a massive expansion to our site facilities, so we need to grow our team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure that delivery is to an optimal standard. As a key member of our team, your role will be very varied, ranging from undertaking supplier visits to a more analytical focus and site redevelopment strategies. You will be offered challenging placements, of both an operational and strategic nature, getting involved in all aspects of Quantity Surveying.
As a Quantity Surveying graduate we will support you with your CPD activities to enable you to progress toward RICS chartered status.
To succeed in this area, you’ll need to have a minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying for our graduate scheme. You must also be eligible to work in the UK and be able to successfully achieve security clearance.
As for personal qualities, you’ll need to have strong communication skills enabling you to build and manage effective relationships. Through a mix of study and on-the-job training in multiple placements, you’ll steadily acquire the skills and experience needed to become a Quantity Surveyor, with a starting salary of £28,000.
