Role Profile

To support Operational Governance in undertaking activities across the Business Management Systems (BMS), Business Conduct and Corporate Responsibility teams in various project management related activities and tasks.

Undertaking and managing distinct tasks as well as undertaking a specific project management focused mini project of your own.

Entry Requirements and what we are looking for

To apply, you’ll need to be on course for achieving a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in one of the following degree courses: Engineering, IT and Sciences.

Overview of Business Unit

BAE Systems Head Office has 3 locations: at Stirling Square in Central London, Farnborough in Hampshire and Preston in Lancashire.

We define clear strategic direction and actively engage the business to support the delivery our company strategy.

Head Office is organised into a number of central functions which support the goals of the company by:-

  • Developing the capability within the businesses,
  • Supporting line leaders in making appropriate appointments
  • Ensure that functional policies are fit for purpose, reflect best practice and contribute to the delivery of executable and profitable business

  • The Chief Technology Officer organisation, including:

  • Group Business Development
  • Human Resources
  • Internal Audit

  • Operational Governance
