A Summer Internship at BAE Systems gives you a valuable 12 week insight into working life at one of the world’s most innovative companies. With opportunities across business, engineering or finance, you’ll receive on-the-job training within a structured framework. We only offer placements when there’s work with real impact to be completed. It’s a great way to put theory into practice.
The programme offers valuable industry experience, enabling you to develop lifelong skills and a broad understanding of the work we do.
Upon successful completion of your placement year, you could receive a conditional offer to join BAE Systems as a Graduate and further your career (subject to performance and availability of suitable roles) without the need to reapply.
We focus on delivering learning and personal development that enables you to stretch yourself and fulfil your potential. Our Summer Internships offer you the chance to hone your skills and gain valuable industry experience. You’ll have the chance to see theory put into action, and learn from colleagues who are experts in their field.
To join our Business Summer Internship schemes you must be on course for at least a 2:2 Bachelor's degree in a STEM related subject.
