Human Resources Industrial Placement

What you'll be doing

Over 12 months as an Industrial Placement you will work collaboratively within the team undertaking HR related tasks, with learning tailored to developing you to become capable of undertaking all aspects of HR related activity to cost, quality and schedule. HR related activity will include resourcing and recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, employee relations, learning and development and organisation development.
