The JM Graduate Programme provides me with the experience and confidence to tackle a variety of challenging, commercial rotations. The Programme offers contact with senior staff, exposure across different industries, flexibility to pursue my interests and has opened my mind to new career possibilities. Science is at the heart of JM, so despite being in a commercial role, I’ve had opportunities to utilise my chemistry background. JM is a very rewarding company to work for as it develops and manufacture a vast array of sustainable technologies and seeks to make people and the planet healthier.
