For more than 125 years, GE has invented the future of industry, and today it leads new paradigms in additive manufacturing, materials science, and data analytics.
GE is hiring pioneers, problem solvers, dreamers and leaders across the globe. Today, more than ever, the world needs great minds. What the world needs...is you.
In the 12-month Sourcing & Supply Chain Management Internship, you'll gain invaluable skills and experience in covering all aspects of procurement, sourcing and supply chain management. You could be liaising with suppliers, engaging in order management, assisting with tender proposals and reviews, customer negotiations, cost and inventory reduction activities or logistics support.
You will be guided by structured goals and objectives and will have responsibility to deliver on inspiring projects. We will support you throughout the year to ensure you make the best of your GE experience. Your manager will offer coaching and mentoring, and the Company will provide the opportunity to connect with other interns across the UK.
If you have a keen interest in Sourcing and Supply Chain Management, we would like to hear from you.
We currently have internship opportunities in Amersham (Buckinghamshire), Cardiff (Wales), Cheltenham (Gloucestershire), Gloucester (Gloucestershire), Hamble (Southampton) and Prestwick (Scotland). If your preferred location is not currently shown, we would still encourage you to apply, as new locations may become available.
The selection stages include online assessments, video interview and a final on-site interview. Should your skills or experience be suitable for other internship opportunities, we will also consider you for these without you needing to submit a further application.
Please only submit one application. If you submit multiple applications, the recruitment team will progress you for the role you are most suitable for. When submitting your application, please use an email address that allows us to contact you throughout the year.
We offer internships across all GE businesses and our Internship Recruitment Team will provide further information on available industries and locations during the hiring process.
