The Account Manager role is a customer focused role, working remotely with customers to achieve success using NI products and services. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue within a Geographical territory through working with a variety of customers across a number of evolving applications and industries.

What you will be doing

  • Work collaboratively with our customers to understand and help uncover needs in areas where NI can help impact customer business issues and create value.
  • Own, manage and develop customer accounts.
  • Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline to ensure mid and long-term success.
  • Maximise time spent working with new and existing customers.
  • Drive collaboration on the design and execution of territory growth plans.
  • Book, prepare and deliver remote visits and demonstrations.
  • Explore new business potential inside customer accounts, find referrals and expand contact base.

You should:

  • Have strong business acumen skills with a technical understanding, along with a motivational attitude.
  • Have some experience and passion for working with International Markets and Cultures.
  • Have highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise demand and workload.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
